Thank you for attending! Stay tuned for next year’s KADIWA formal!

A Formal Celebration to Remember

As we reached the end of the golden year of the KADIWA organization, we recognized and honored the accomplishments of students who have successfully completed their educational journey. As we strive to prepare for the future through attaining an education and finding a stable means of livelihood, we commemorated those who have reached critical academic milestones, and celebrated their aspirations and dreams as they march toward the future.

We remember the achievements that the KADIWA organization has achieved through the 50 years of its history, from its humble beginnings to its abounding success.

“Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding,
for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.”

Proverbs 3:13-14 NIV

From Humble Beginnings

In 1973, Brother Erano G. Manalo established an organization for unmarried members 18 years of age and above with the purpose of strengthening the youth members within the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). This organization became known as the KADIWA – Kabataang May Diwang Wagas (Youth with Noble Intent).

Through the continuance and the lessons taught within the organization, youth members of the Church of Christ have been able to achieve not only personal and academic success, but spiritual growth alongside their fellow brothers and sisters, with the KADIWA organization now standing at 50 years strong.

Commemorating
50 years

Today,  the KADIWA organization continues forward, through their active enthusiasm in participating in various activities focused in social development and services, sports, edification and propagation in faith, education and livelihood, arts and culture, and leadership enhancement and development as young adults.

As we now move forward from this milestone, we remember the academic achievements of the KADIWA members who have completed their educational endeavors, who now strive in moving forward to a bright future.

See you next time!

Thank you for joining us for this year’s formal!
We hope to see you again in future activities!
